Real-Time Fluorescent Quantitative PCR System 960406 (96 wells)

960406 Real-time PCR is a 96 well quantitative fluorescence Real-time PCR System, equipped with a 10.1-inch high-definition color touch screen and built-in analysis software for intuitive operation and analysis. Combining the innovative thermal cycling system, accurate photoelectric detection system and intuitive software, the real-time PCR delivers precise and reproducible experimental results. The device also has two temperature control modes settings which enables you to control either block or tube temperatures.


  • Advanced optical system including full-spectrum high-power LED and high-sensitive PMT top scanning achieves higher sensitivity you need in researches and experiments.

  • High-precision temperature control over the block with a resolution of 0.1 ℃ offers reliable and consistent qPCR assay data.

  • Gradient temperature range is 30-100℃ and the temperature difference between adjacent blocks can be high up to 40℃ for assay optimization.

  • Sample tray automatically moves in/out, enabling integration with automated workstations/plate handlers for unmanned detection.

  • 6 fluorescence channels without cross talk and 96-well high-throughput process at a single run meet a variety of qPCR assay demands. 

  • The 10.1-inch large touch screen facilitates flexible programming and efficient running of PCR protocols.

  • The intuitive built-in software and PC software for improved user's experience allow you to run and analyze qPCR data from personal computer

Multiple Applications

The Real-Time Fluorescent Quantitative PCR System uses fluorescence real-time detection method to analyze the amplification of PCR template. It is suitable for human genome engineering, forensic medicine, oncology, population biology, paleontology, zoology, botany and other research fields.

This PCR detection system can be an in vitro diagnostic medical device, which is suitable for polymerase chain reaction fluorescence quantitative detection in the field of clinical diagnosis of viruses, tumors, genetic diseases, etc.
