Quality is a cornerstone of our Business

Quality and Innovation are at the core of our business, and we are committed to provide the highest quality products and services available to our customers. To deliver on this commitment, we have implemented robust quality management programs and practices. Our quality management programs are also designed to meet industry-specific standards, and regulatory requirements of different markets.

Our facility is ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 certified, and we have robust standards & processes for quality management including Incoming, In-process and Outgoing Inspections.

Calibration

Four E’s pipettes are individually calibrated in accordance with ISO 8655 and delivered with individual test certificates. All pipettes are calibrated in our environmentally controlled calibration facility by trained technicians.

Reliability Testing

Life Cycle Test

New products undergo Life cycle tests in our self-designed assemblies and fixtures to check the reliability and durability. The test information gathered helps us to optimize the product design.

100% Testing

All devices that rolls off our production lines are tested for reliability. This includes continuous testing in our Aging Test Rooms, so as to ensure there are no reliability issues.

Salt Spray Test

Metallic components in our devices are put through Salt Spray Test (Salt Fog Test) to check their corrosion resistance. Salt spray testing is an accelerated corrosion test that produces a corrosive attack to coated.

Product Safety

Electrical Safety:

All our devices go through stringent electrical safety tests including Insulation & Ground Resistance testing. Devices are also tested for Electromagnetic compatibility.

CE & NRTL Marks:

Our devices have CE certification (EU) and carries the CE mark. Relevant devices have TUV certification (North America) and comes wih TUV marks. TUV Rheinland is accredited as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL), by OSHA in the United States, and as a Product Certification Body by SCC in Canada. The TUV Mark from TUV Rheinland is the legal equivalent to the UL and CSA Listed Marks throughout the United States and Canada. CE marking indicates that our products meet EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements.Our range of Laboratory Instruments also complies with the EU RoHS Directive.

Pre-shipment Inspections

All assembled instruments are inspected by trained quality inspectors. This includes visual inspection and functional testing of all instruments. Pre-shipment checks also include packaging and labelling inspections.

Packaging Integrity

Our Product packaging is designed to withstand the rigors of transportation and environmental conditions, ensuring product safety. Packaging materials are also tested by replicating the conditions that the products may encounter during transportation and storage. Some of our standard packaging tests include Vibration testing, Shock testing, Drop Tests etc.
